Thomas G. Caputo (Chairman)

Thomas Caputo has spent the past 33 years in the commercial real estate industry with responsibilities ranging from property management to leasing, construction management, development, IT, accounting and finance.

He recently retired as VP Tenant Services of Brandywine Realty Trust, where he was responsible for the quality and consistency of tenant services delivered by property management teams operating over 300 class-A office buildings spread across eight states. He was also responsible for his company's engineering services group and for the development and operation of Brandywine's Internet portal that delivers a unique collection of services to the company's tenants. Prior to Brandywine, Mr. Caputo worked in and around New York City for Shorenstein, Trammell Crow and Travelers.

Mr. Caputo served in the United States Army with tours of duty in several stateside posts and Vietnam. He was honorably discharged as a 1st Lieutenant. He received a Master of Business Administration in real estate finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Georgetown University.



Anthony M. Noce

As Senior Vice President and Director of Development for Pitcairn Properties, Anthony Noce pursues and executes development opportunities and is responsible for the company's risk management plan.

His diverse knowledge of building systems and their operations, coupled with his engineering, legal, development and construction background, gives Anthony a comprehensive perspective on land development opportunities.

Mr. Caputo earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Bar in Pennsylvania.



James Mullarkey, Esquire

James Mullarkey is the Executive Director of GVA Smith Mack, where he has distinguished himself in the commercial real estate leasing industry and the day-to-day operations and management of a leading real estate portfolio. Since 2003, his leasing transactions total over 1.25 million rentable square feet with a value of over $175 million.

Prior to joining GVA Smith Mack, Mr. Caputo served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Rubenstein Brokerage Group, Inc, where he was responsible for leasing the company's eight million square foot portfolio spanning several states.

Mr. Caputo holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Penn State University. He graduated, cum laude, from Temple University Law School and earned his MBA from the Temple University School of Business.
